Top 3 to work on

Early deaths on wipes. 3 wipes; the most common early killer was Melee on Teron Gorefiend. A quick walkthrough of that mechanic before the next pull should save a reset.
Standing in stuff. 671,834 total avoidable damage across the raid. Biggest sources: Gnometoucher (Molten Flame), Thurlan (Flamestrike), Demantoid (Flamestrike), Vyskudra (Blaze). Healers will thank us, and it's free DPS.
Always be casting. DPS under 80% active time: Demnók, Lockalways, Pokeherface, Demantoid, Shadafaka, Lastcares, Oximoron. Often it's movement or downtime between phases, worth a look together.

Shoutouts

Yummz topped damage at 2,055 DPS over the kills.
Hekagigantes posted the best median DPS parse (90%).
Nutn led the healers with a 66% median HPS parse.
Hekagigantes on kick duty with 20 interrupts.
Empathy cleaned up 6 debuffs with dispels.
Fully buffed every pull: Zynwizard, Nutn, Eramor, Calyptus, Mortmage, Demnók, Rearslapper, Lockalways, Vargirlh, Gnometoucher and more.
